Sign in
Open the app. Use email and password (12+ characters), a passkey, or Google if that account was invited. There is no public sign-up. An owner or admin invites you; you accept with ?invite=.
Two-factor is on for email and Google. Passkeys skip the extra code because they already are a second factor. Manage 2FA, backup codes, and sessions under Account.
Forgot password records a recovery intent. External email is still off, so a reset link does not leave the building until mail is approved. When a link exists it opens /reset-password.
Agency and location
An agency owns users and one or more locations. A location isolates contacts, pipelines, and calendars. Owners and admins see every location. Members and viewers see only granted ones. Viewers are read-only. URLs match the module: /contacts stays on Contacts after refresh.
What to use day to day
- Dashboard — counts, pipeline value, tasks due.
- Contacts — people, companies, tags, Smart Lists, duplicates, admin CSV export.
- Tasks — assign, recur, trash, restore.
- Opportunities — deal board, stages, won/lost. No card charge.
- Calendars — hours, round-robin, public booking at
/book/…. No confirmation email and no Google sync yet. - Automations — workflows, waits, branches. In-app actions run. Email/SMS actions stop at approval.
Draft and approval only
- Conversations / Marketing / Phone — inbox, templates, call history. Nothing is sent or dialed.
- Sites & forms — build and preview. Public publish is off.
- Payments — local ledger and simulated charges. Stripe is not wired in the app.
- Reputation, documents, memberships, affiliates, AI, integrations, snapshots — local records and previews. No provider, no public portal, no model call.
If someone asks whether it sends texts, the answer is not yet. I will not sell those channels until the flags are on.
